The cooling system consists of two 16,500-gallon horizontal silos, Mueller Avalanche chiller 90–15. It includes six 15-horsepower Mueller discus condensing units and four Mueller Fre-heaters for efficient heat recovery. Additionally, a Mueller Accu-Therm plate cooler with 130 plates ensures rapid cooling, while the entire process is managed through a Mueller Century ITM 4 tank control system for precise temperature regulation.
