This project showcases a cutting-edge dairy facility built for efficiency and comfort. It features two Double 50 Parallel Parlors with Chuck Turner Stalls and GEA automation, free-stall housing, advanced VES ventilation, and robust cooling systems. Milk storage and cooling are supported by all Mueller equipment, four 20,000-gallon vertical Mueller silos, Avalanche chillers, custom closed-loop plate coolers, Fre-heaters, and Century ITM controls—delivering precision, reliability, and energy efficiency throughout.
The advanced manure management system is engineered for efficiency and sustainability on large-scale dairies. Starting with two GEA 8’x8’ sloped screen for primary separation, coarse solids are captured quickly and effectively. These solids are then processed through three FAN screw press units, delivering superior dewatering and reducing handling costs. For secondary separation, Centrisys Centrifuge technology ensures maximum nutrient recovery and liquid clarity. Designed for dairies with 5,000 cows or more, this system delivers reliability, performance, and peace of mind.
