1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The promotion begins on 3/17/2026 and ends on 3/19/2026. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official online entry form at https://www.bowerag.com/cpd2026-raffle/ and submitting all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

The prize consists of: C3 RC Cooler or Custom Handmade Wall Art. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner(s) will be notified via email and/or phone within 30 days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt/use of any prize.
