We partnered with Centrisys to pioneer the first decanter centrifuge engineered specifically for dairy manure in 2007 and that partnership continues today. The DT Model Decanter Centrifuge is built in the U.S.A. for the toughest dairy solids, separating up to three times the solids of traditional methods without added chemicals or polymers while cutting phosphorus by 50–60% and nitrogen by up to 50%.
The DT Centrifuge produces centrate with less than 1% solids, reducing lagoon dredging, limiting irrigation nozzle plugging, and boosting downstream efficiency. On digester-equipped dairies, it also handles digestate without polymers, lowering total suspended solids in fields and simplifying compliance.
