The Lead Install Technician serves as the onsite execution leader responsible for coordinating daily installation activities, sequencing work, and ensuring all installation tasks are performed safely, accurately, and to defined standards. This role provides craft leadership without people management authority, working alongside Install Technicians to maintain productivity, quality, safety discipline, and commissioning readiness. The Install Lead reinforces standards, prevents quality drift, and ensures installation work proceeds in alignment with approved scope, drawings, and technical requirements.
