Who We Are
Bower Ag is dedicated to supporting livestock producers in their pursuit to feed the world. We help farms operate efficiently and plan for the future while honoring the legacy of agriculture that sustains families and communities.
Because at Bower Ag, we care more—about producers, their animals, and the future of agriculture.
A strong foundation, rooted in legacy.
Bower Ag’s history in agriculture dates back to 1886, when veterinarian F.E. Sanborn founded what would become Standard Nutrition Company. That same commitment to innovation, stewardship, and producer partnership continues to guide Bower Ag today.
Better together.
Bower Ag was formed in 2024 as a strategic move to change the way we support livestock producers, but our company is built on the foundations of three companies with rich industry histories. Ag Property Solutions was founded 15 years before Bower Ag – laying a foundation in the swine industry but seeing the scope of need in the broader ag industry. Dairy Specialists’ history dates back to 1970, bringing decades of experience through market changes and new technologies. TDSG was formed more recently through the acquisition of assets that had been operating in the dairy industry for over 25 years. Each company expanded its capabilities and footprint through the years by partnering with and acquiring various complementary businesses.
Going Forward.
Bringing us to today, where these businesses have come together to contribute to the enduring legacy of dairy. We set the industry standard for turnkey livestock facilities and equipment – empowering livestock producers with innovative design-build facilities, quality equipment, expertise, and reliable service and consultative support.
Transform how livestock producers operate.
We believe livestock production has only grazed the surface of its potential. We elevate farm operations through out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving, new technology, and a network of locations positioned for growth. Because that’s our future – continued advancements that show how minor changes can have major impact.
